When you submit a contact form or request a custom-fit graphic preset, we ask for your GPU model, system memory, CPU tier, and target screen resolution. This diagnostics data is utilized solely to analyze performance profiles and draft recommendations. We do not store this data longer than necessary to formulate a response.
2 Communication Logs
We receive your email and gaming name when you contact our support desk. This details collection is used purely to communicate with you and reply to your questions. Your contact information is kept completely confidential and is never shared, leased, or sold to third-party marketing companies.
3 Security Standard
We deploy standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL) to protect all submitted data from unauthorized interception. Although online data transmission can never be fully guaranteed, we run frequent integrity reviews of our internal storage practices to maintain high security standards.
